Wedding Magic..... Mick Magic was pleased to perform Magic for The Art of Party
in Barrhead Glasgow on 1st of August for a wedding.

Saturday 17th May 2008..... Mick Magic was very honoured to provide magical entertainment for a  Private  Wedding  in the  tranquill setting of the stunning  Traquair House  in heart of the Scottish Borders.  This house is famed for being the oldest  inhabited house in Scotland. A truly wonderful experience.

Rainbows celebrate their 21st Birthday.....Kramus Nexifius was invited to perform two 45 minute shows at Bo'ness Town Hall to help 280 Rainbows celebrate their 21st Birthday. It was a great event and lots of fun was had by all at this mega birthday party.




KRAMUS IN THE NEWS....
Joined by Mary Queen of Scots and Baron Hardegg, Kramus Nexifius was asked to promenade the World Famous Princes Street in Edinburgh for Historic Scotland . Photographs taken by the Evening News (Scotsman Publications) appeared later that week. A bizarre but magical experience for old Kramus!

EASTER FUN .... at Edinburgh and Stirling Castle for Mick Magic. Twelve performances over the holiday weekend. Other Entertainment included Baron Hardegg, owl display and two amazing acrobats! There was also a surprise visit from Astro Aladino. Even with the cold weather including snow showers the weekend was well attended with nearly 10000 visitors at Edinburgh Castle and 5000 visitors at Stirling.

Kramus Nexifius  Cologne Germany...... Second appearance for Kramus the Magical Wizard at the Koln Karneval, meeting lots of new friends and enjoying the hospitality of the people of Seurth Koln Germany.

BBC Children in Need... 16th November 2007 and Mick Magic donated a two hour party package to the Edinburgh University Medical School and Veterinary College Charity Auction. This is a well supported annual event in aid of Children in Need.

Castle of Magic 2007!.....The Sorcerers Return.
Mick Magic with some of the World's Greatest Magicians will be performing together at the UK's largest Magic Festival on the 22nd and 23rd September at Stirling Castle.The all star cast includes Ali Bongo, Patrick Page, Dr Anthony Darkstone, Kristine, Scott Wells, Kevin MacMahon, Michael McMillan, Alex Proctor, Helmut Kautz, David Lees & Shirley Ray

Nog the Dragon gets his wings.... Summer 2007 saw a double round trip to Axtell Studios for Nog the Dragon for some serious repairs and a brand new set of wings. He's back after two exhausting return flights to sunny California. Mick Magic would like to thank Steve Axtell and his staff for their help and expertise. Lookout for Nog as he makes a welcome return to the Mick Magic Show enjoyed by hundreds of Children.

A sizzling start to the Summer at Tony Roma's.......A fun filled Four hours of table magic and balloons in the brand new Tony Roma's Restaurant in the Xscape Centre, Paisley as performed by Mick Magic on Sunday 3rd June 2007.

Medieval Fair 12th May 2007......Rosslyn Chapel was the setting for a magnificent Madieval Fair . Kramus Nexifius  or Kramus the Medieval magician was invited along to perform his wizardry at this wonderful event in the beautiful setting of Rosslyn and the Glen.

The Entertainer Entertains the Entertainer 11th May 2007....... Mick Magic fought the Friday traffic to Glasgow to entertain at another Birthday Party. This one was a bit different as it was for Giggles the Clown's daughter. Great fun was had by all.Giggles has promised to return the favour when Mick Magic Junior has his first big Birthday party!



EASTER ADVENTURE.....
Stirling Castle played host to Historic Scotlands Easter Adventure where Kramus Nexifius performed six magical shows  in the Great Hall. Kramus was joined by  a variety of Entertainers including Mighty Mac and Alba Puppets.



KRAMUS VISITS CRUZ !.....
Its been a busy January and Kramus Nexifius brought the month to a close with an invitation to perform at a birthday party in a brand new restaurant called CRUZ. Formerly the Ocean Mist a World War I Steam Trawler , this new floating Restaurant is docked at 14 The Shore, Leith, Edinburgh. Albeit Kramus did not sail anywhere it was the first time in his 2500 year old history he had to find his sealegs ! The restaurant is an ideal setting for all kinds of events and celebrations more information can be found at www.thecruz.co.uk.

HATS Production 11th - 13th January 2007........Mick Magic performed at the Pleasance Cabaret Bar in Edinburgh in a variety show production produced by Holyrood Amateur Theatre Society (HATS).  The majority of HATS  members work for the Scottish Parliament at Holyrood.  Mick Magic usually performs by himself but as part of the show he was joined by a fellow magician ,  11 year old Laurie Bertoia. Laurie is a very enthusiastic , budding young magician . The audience was of various ages which can be a daunting task to the most experienced of performers but to Laurie it was just like water off a ducks back. Watch out there is a new kid on the block! The name is Bertoia - Laurie Bertoia.




The Radisson SAS Glasgow.....
3rd of January and a very wet and windy drive. Mick Magic was invited to perform a stand up show for 150 Psychologists at their conference in Glasgow. Delegates were from all over the UK and some from as far Uganda. The show was organised by Big Al Entertainment.

Happy New Year ! ..... 1st January saw the addition of  two new stars to Mick Magic. Bambi and Blossom . They are two rescued bunnies from Fife Rabbit Rescue in Newburgh. They will join Bunny and feature in shows in the Spring of 2007. Fife Rabbit Rescue is a non profit charitable organisation dedicated to the welfare of rescued Rabbits.Visit their  wonderful website and learn more about what work they do in finding new homes for rescued rabbits. www.fiferabbitrescue.co.uk

Father Christmas the real Magical Santa........travelled to Edinburgh & Stirling Castle for special Christmas themed events in these two stunning Castles. Later he appeared in the Queen Anne Restaurant(Edinburgh Castle) entertaining dinning guests at their festive dinners during the week upto Christmas Eve.

Mick Magic would like to wish everybody a magical christmas and a new year full of wonder!

December 2006... Mick Magic was invited to entertain for Fife Fire and Rescue at Lochgelly Firestation at their Christmas Party . Mick Magic was joined by his alter ego Father Christmas who enjoyed a dramatic arrival in a Fire Engine with blue lights and sirens. Superb!.....




1st November 2006.....
Mark Fisken MMC (aka Mick Magic and Kramus Nexifius) was very honoured to be awarded first degree membership of  'The Magic Circle' recognised as Britains's premier magical  society and is widely regarded as the centre of the magical world. The Magic Circle has gained its high reputation due to the achievements and performing skills during the past 100 years. Mark Fisken was pleased to be proposed by master magician Ali Bongo and seconded by Patrick Page.

Ghostfest at Edinburgh Castle October 2006.... Kramus Nexifius performed his halloween show to visitors of Edinburgh Castle throughout the month of October. Joining him was a variety of spooky entertainment from the Grim Reeper , Renault de Clio and Murphy O'Guinness the comedy ghosts and Jake the Raven star of BBC televisions series of the same name.

29th September 2006 ......Mick Magic was pleased to support the 'Friends of Chernobyl's Children' (Portobello) by entertaining at them with Magic , balloons and party games at their end of visit party. The audience was made of  children from Belarus and host families.

The Castle of Magic..... Kramus Nexifius was joined by Jay Scott Berry, Colombine and Alex Proctor for a magical photoshoot in preparation for the amazing Castle of Magic Stirling Castle 16th & 17th September 2006.

One Night at Edinburgh Castle 13th Aug 2006..... 2006 is the 60th Anniversary of the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival . Edinburgh Castle takes centre stage hosting a giant 60th Fringe Party.
Kramus Nexifius performed in the Great Hall to an audience of nearly 400 people . Other Magicians included Chris Cox (BBC Radio 1) and Alex Proctor. The atmosphere at the castle was amazing with performances which also included singers, bands, comedians, jugglers and theatre. Certainly a night to remember.

11th AUGUST  2006....has a flying start for Mick Magic with a performance at RAF Leuchars in Fife. Mick will be performing childrens magic, balloon twisting and close-up table magic for guests at the re-opening of the 'Delta' club within the air base. Mick Magic would like to thank  Dumfries Aviation Museum  for their assistance in supplying some items at short notice for this performance.



April 2006.....

April 2006......The Bruntsfield Hotel in Edinburgh played host To Cover-All Building Systems a large North American Company enjoying a visit to Scotland. Mick Magic was invited to perform table magic to delegates from all over  the world including the Netherlands, Canada, Germany , Irealand and of course the United States.

February 2006... Mick Magic was pleased to perform to an international audience of invited guests of SGL CARBON GROUP in  the city of Cologne, Germany. Alongside Astro Aladino (Helmut Kautz) they performed a variety of effects adding magic and wonder to the  Carnival Parade Celebrations. Kramus Nexifius was seen taking part in a smaller parade. His appearance attracted much interest from the local press and  was  featured  in a  following days newspaper.












February 2006.....
mickmagic.com is given a fresh new look with the addition of new studio photographs as taken by award winning photographer William Andrew.

January 2006..... Ali Bongo has  invited Mick Magic to help with magic in the production of 'Further than the Furthest thing' . A touring play starring Matthew Zajac.

December 2005.......Christmas is just round the corner and Mick Magic is looking forward to a very busy month with  shows as far north as Aberdeen and south into the Scottish Borders. Christmas festivities kick off with Kramus Nexifius enjoying three hours of magical entertainment at  a special christmas evening at the Howgate Shopping Centre in Falkirk.

BBC Children in Need......18th November 2005 Mick Magic donated a two hour party package to a charity auction for Children in Need. The auction was held at the Chancellors building  part of the Royal Infirmary in Edinburgh. The Magic show plus many other items raised a total of £1200 for the charity.

MUM Magazine.......Mark Fisken is very honoured and excited to be featured in this months (November 05) copy of MUM the official publication of SAM (Society of American Magicians) in a feature called 'World Class Magic' co hosted by Tony Brook and Dan Garret. Other magicians have featured from all over the world.

Ocean Terminal Leith Edinburgh.....November 9th saw Mick Magic's third appearance at BHS in Ocean terminal as part of their special Christmas promotional evening. A great fun evening of Magic enjoyed by the Customers, Staff and indeed Mick Magic.

Edinburgh Castle....Kramus Nexifius has a busy October in 2005 when he will be performing at the Castle . You will be able to see Kramus  the first and last weekend. He will be joined by Astro Aladino from Germany, Alex Proctor and many other magicians for a magical October.  Kramus is also pleased to be performing at the Paisley Magic Convention in the prestigious Gala Show.







Palace of Magic 2005..........23rd & 24th of July . The Fourth Palace of Magic Festival will take place at Delgatie Castle Aberdeenshire.

Gorgie Dalry Gala Day June 11th..... Kramus Nexifius the Magical Wizard sponsored by Heart of Midlothian FC will have the great honour of opening the Gala . A fun packed day of events ensuring Fun for all the family at this 25th Special Anniversary of the Gala.

3rd & 4th June  Magical Time at Arnold Clark......

Mick Magic joined Euan Notman Radio TayFM and two players from Dundee FC to help promote Arnold Clarks Motor Show extravaganza at the Fiat Dealership on Balfield Rd Dundee.

The Mick Magic Shop.........Spring sees the launch of the 'Mick Magic Shop' with it's own dedicated website supplying  party bags ideal for birthday parties and celebrations. Also available a small selection of magic tricks for magicians young and old. In the summer the shop will also offer the opportunity to purchase hand made unique costumes for children and adults ideal for halloween and fancy dress parties.

THE MAGICAL WIZARD.COM.......Mick Magic will be launching a new website dedicated to Kramus Nexifius his alter ego the Wizard. The website will be called 'themagicalwizard.com' and will be launched in the Summer of 2005.

Also Mick Magic  will be appearing as Kramus Nexifius at Stirling Castle & St Andrews Castle  with the Palace of Magic Productions www.palaceofmagic.com

Saturday 8th January and Sunday 9th January 2005....Mick Magic helped to launch the new Ford Focus at 'PEOPLES FORD' in Edinburgh.

On Friday 19th November 2004....Mick Magic donated a Children's two hour party to the 'BBC Children in Need Charity Auction organised by staff at the New Royal Infirmary Edinburgh, Chancellor's Building.

November 2004...Mick Magic successfully enroled and became a member of the oldest Magic Circle in the World, 'The Society of American Magicians'.

September 2004... The Dundee Magic Circle and The Scottish Magic Circle merged to re-create The Dundee Society of Magicians. Mick Magic was very honoured to be nominated and elected as the first President of this newly formed Magical Society.

10th - 15th August 2004......The third Palace of Magic took place at the historic Royal Palace of Falkland in Fife. Confirmed as the largest Magic Festival in the UK it welcomed over 5000 visitors, who enjoyed nearly 250 performances of Magic and the Magical Arts. Originally the brainchild of Mick Magic this event has grown from strength to strength.  Mick Magic  a co-producer with fellow Magician and good friend Jay Scott Berry invited not only local & national Magicians but some of the Finest International Artists. They included David Goldrake (Magician to the Luxembourg Royal Family), Charles & Tony Brook from Portugal, Royal Sorrel from Chicago , Pierre de Beafort from Switzerland and for the third year the one and only Mr Ali Bongo.
